This Cookie Clarification Text has been prepared by Sanipak Sağlıklı Yaşam Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Sanipak"/"Company") as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation. The purpose of this text is to inform you about the purposes for which we use which types of cookies, the legal reason and your rights regarding the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on our website on your device.

According to the time it is active

• Session Cookies: Cookies that are valid during the use of the Site and remain valid until the User closes the browser or the session ends.
• Persistent Cookies: Cookies that remain on the drive until the date the cookie is deleted by the user or until the expiration date specified for the cookie. Persistent cookies have a variable, written expiration date in their code.

For the data processing activities we carry out during the use of these cookies, within the scope of Article 5 of the Law, we rely on the legal reason that "It is necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract" and "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

Functionality Cookies

Your personal data collected in line with the fulfillment of the above-mentioned Purposes; to consultants and information technology infrastructure and technical service providers related to cookies that we provide services within the scope of our legitimate interest, to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private organizations within the scope of clearly stipulated in the laws and fulfillment of our legal obligations, in the presence of your explicit consent, to 3rd party infrastructure providers such as Google Inc., Adform, Microsoft residing abroad for the purpose of carrying out advertising / marketing activities, making the Website more functional and personalization purposes, Adform may be transferred to 3rd party infrastructure providers such as Microsoft in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law within the scope of the data processing conditions regulated in Article 5 of the Law.

You can always submit your requests regarding your personal data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law to the following addresses in writing in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address that you have previously notified to Eczacıbaşı and registered in our system.

When sharing your applications regarding your rights under the Law with us, you can use the Data Subject Application Form available at www.sanipak.com.tr/uploads/basvuruFormu.pdf .Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. If the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
