INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL MESSAGE (“ECM”) PROCESS OF SANİPAK SAĞLIKLI YAŞAM ÜRÜNLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), your personal data will be processed by Sanipak Sağlıklı Yaşam Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.
This text provides information about the processing of your personal data within the scope of electronic commercial messages, should you provide your consent through this website (“Site”).
A. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by our Company within the framework of electronic commercial messages under the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the Law.

Your personal data is collected through email and phone communication channels as well as via the Site using automatic and partially automatic methods.
D. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you may submit your requests regarding your personal data by following the procedures specified in the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.” You can send your requests in writing or through registered email (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or via the email address you have previously provided to Sanipak and which is registered in our system.

When submitting your requests, you can use the Relevant Person Application Form available at www.sanipak.com/uploads/basvuruFormu.pdf. Depending on the nature of your request, it will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days. However, if additional costs arise due to the nature of your request, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
