These Terms of Use govern the rules and conditions for the use of the website owned by Sanipak Sağlıklı Yaşam Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Site Owner") and outline the rights and obligations of the parties accordingly.

Access to and use of the Site, as well as all transactions performed by Users through the Site, are subject to these Terms of Use.

Your personal data is shared with third parties in accordance with the purposes and legal grounds outlined under the section "A. Purposes, Methods, and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data." Details regarding with whom and for what purposes your personal data is shared are provided below:

• Companies Providing Products and Services (Domestic Business Partners, Suppliers) ➭ For procurement of goods or services from third parties or to provide support in case of your requests, suggestions, or complaints.
• Authorized Institutions and Organizations, Legally Authorized Individuals ➭ In situations where authorized institutions or organizations request information from our Company or where notification to such institutions is required, in order to fulfill legal obligations.

When submitting your applications regarding your rights under the law, you may utilize the Relevant Person Application Form available at  www.sanipak.com.tr/uploads/basvuruFormu.pdf .Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days. If the processing incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
