Joining Forces for “Zero Waste Blue”

Sanipak Professional has partnered with Turkiye’s Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change to deliver awareness training programs for tourism sector employees in coastal regions.

As part of the “Zero Waste Blue” initiative, Sanipak Professional will offer a specialized training program developed by the Boğaziçi University Center for Sustainable Development and Cleaner Production. Businesses completing the program will earn a Ministry-approved certification, recognizing their commitment to sustainability.

The initiative targets a wide audience, including coastal and tourism facility operators, cleaning staff, maintenance teams, waste storage personnel, and port and beach workers, through both in-person and online sessions. Training topics will include resource efficiency, marine ecosystem preservation, eco-friendly consumption habits, and effective waste management practices.
